After a long time talking and strategising, Jo and I decided to set up www.borrowmygarden.co.uk. We needed someone we could trust to setup our website. Our website is our business so it need to be right. With 2 people having a clear idea about what we wanted, one creative one not so. Both with their own ideas it was always going to be interesting!
Ben manages to stay calm when we regularly on ‘google hang up’ usually laughing but the job always gets done.

I have a 3 year-old laptop, with a battery that lasted no longer than 40 minutes on full charge. It was no longer usable from a portability point of view, often dying and shutting down when I was in the middle of something important.
I therefore decided to ask Ben to replace the battery for me. The whole process was seamless from the moment I messaged his work email acount. Ben was on holiday, but a colleague quickly picked up the job and raised a ticket. They promptly came back with a quote after a brief exchange of emails and placed an order for the battery.
I was very happy with the turnaround time and communications with Ben’s team were excellent throughout. I am delighted to have a aptop that is now truly a portable device once more. Earlier on this year, when I asked you to look into my personal GDPR obligations after a previous company had let me down. You came up with a plan of action taking into account my needs, that of my clients andemployees. You then set about making sure that the relevant information was accessible on the correct platforms by implementing the plan. You charged fairly in my opinion, charging me less then other companies by looking after me 10 times over.
Over the course of our conversations, I also mentioned just how important my security is to me me, so you very kindly went through my computer, Advised on a course of action and again implemented this action, but the chose to do this free of charge, which is always very much appreciated.
Just as importantly, you have becoma our friend and much valued member of this Fortuna team. Your boundless enthusiasm, your unbamboozley lack of jargon, the love of your company, of your job, of making sure people are well served by putting clients’ concerns before profit – these are all things that I find are the most important things within my business and find it comforting to find a kindred spirit in you.

It must be said that your expetise and knowledge throughout along with patience and understanding was credit to you, as I was askinf questions but never once was made to feel that I Shouldn’t/Couldn’t be asking those questions.

When I went to Apple approved retailers I was told to wait for 7-10 days before they could fix my laptop whereas you got my laptop working within a few hours after my initial phone call to you.
